Dan's upbringing involved lots of moving boxes, weekend open houses, and tagging along to sales meetings with his father. It's no wonder Dan ended up in real estate too. Following in the family business as a 4th generation Real Estate Agent yet forging his own path, Dan grew Coldwell Banker's #1 team in Chicago’s Lincoln Park office as a rookie.

Years later, Dan partnered with his brother, Brian, to create City Point Realty, which expanded to the west coast, grew to more than $700 million in sales, and then was acquired by Coldwell Banker. Dan is back at Coldwell Banker where he started more than two decades ago and continues to rank in the top 10 of Chicago agents.

When Dan isn’t showing properties or negotiating deals, he’s negotiating a win on the ice as an avid hockey goalie at Johnny’s Ice House in Chicago.
